Neun Episodes wurden von Jänner 2010 bis März 2010 auf dem Syfy Channel ausgestrahlt. Die übrigen Episoden sollten ursprünglich ab Jänner 2011 ausgestrahlt werden, jedoch beschloss Syfy im Herbst 2010, dass sie Caprica beginnend mit dem 5. Oktober 2010 senden werden. Syfy brachte 4 der ausstehenden 9 Episoden und kündigten danach an, dass sie die Serie absetzen werden. Die Ausstrahlung der letzten 5 Episoden wurde auf den 4. Jänner 2011 gesetzt.
