Meant to apply added consistency for the initial usage of a character who has a callsign, e.g. Kara "Starbuck" Thrace, in articles.
Usage

By default, the callsign summoned is linked, but this can be disabled by defining the nolink parameter.
Example
{{Rufzeichen|Apollo}} leads the ground strike during the [[Battle for the Tylium Asteroid]] {{TRS|The Hand of God}}.
Lee "Apollo" Adama leads the ground strike during the Battle for the Tylium Asteroid (TRS: "The Hand of God").
