* An Bord des Shuttles geht Baltar noch mal den Plan durch: Die Soldaten der Allianz sollen so viele Gefangene wie möglich machen und Baltar will mit den Nomen die Brücke übernehmen.


* Das Shuttle landet und wird von Sire Domra und dem Rest des Ratess begrüßt (außer Adama und Tinia). Domra weist den Rat an, die Gefangenen herzlich willkommen zu heißen. Die Soldaten der Allianz stürmen aus dem Shuttle und treiben alle Versammelten schnell in das Shuttle. Baltar und die Nomen machen sich direkt auf den Weg zum Lift und tauchen in einem Korridor auf. Apollo und Starbuck blockieren ihren Weg und es kommt zu einem Feuergefecht. Die Krieger drängen die Invasoren zurück zum Lift, mit dem sie zur Landebucht zurückkehren. Sofort berichten die beiden Kolonialkrieger der Brücke.
* Adama und Tinia sind fassungslos, als sie von der Situation hören. Colonel Tigh meldet sich wieder zum Dienst zurück, was sich in seinem Verdacht auf die Gefangenen der Ostallianz als richtig erwiesen hat.
* Baltar kontaktiert Adama über das Kommunikationssystem und enthüllt Boomer und Sheba als seine Gefangenen. Baltar fordert die Freilassung seines Raiders und seiner {{TOS | Centurion | Piloten}} sowie des Zerstörers der Ostallianz. Diese Schiffe und das Shuttle fliegen dann zu Lunar Seven. Wenn die Flüchtlinge den Verdacht haben, dass etwas nicht stimmt, werden sie Anklagen zur Detonation bringen, die sie auf den Rumpf der Galactica gepflanzt haben. Vater Domra wird vor dem Display gehalten und bestätigt, dass sie die Anklage erhoben haben.








* The shuttle is greeted by Sire Domra and the rest of the Quorum (save Adama and Tinia). Domra instructs the council to give the prisoners a warm welcome.
* The Eastern Alliance enforcers emerge with weapons blazing, quickly herding up the council into the shuttle.
* Baltar and the Nomen make straight for the lift, and emerge in Core Command. Apollo and Starbuck block their path, and a firefight ensues. The warriors drive the invaders back to the lift, where they use it to return to the landing bay.
* Adama and Tinia are stunned when they hear of the situation. Colonel Tigh reports back to duty, proven correct in his suspicion of the Eastern Alliance prisoners.

Indem sich Baltar mit den gefangenen Nomen und den Häftlingen der Östlichen Allianz zusammenschließt, entkommt er aus dem Gefängnisschiff, stiehlt ein Shuttle und entführt Mitglieder des Zwölferrats.
